Refund Policy

*Full Payment is needed at time of reservation to hold the reservation* 

Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel anytime up to 72 hours before the day of the charter, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 booking fee.  If you move your charter to another date prior to the 72 hour before the trip, there is no fee or additional charge.  If you cancel or don’t show after the 72 hour period, and up to the day the trip you will not receive any refund. However, if within that 72 hour period to the day of the trip, you may reschedule for another date, any year, for an additional $250. If for whatever reason the Captain has to cancel, we will try to reschedule. If unable to reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund.
